CITY HALL

City Hall manages all the Accounts Payable and Payroll for the City of Rupert. City Hall has 4 full times positions, including City Clerk, Payroll Clerk and two Customer Service Representatives.

CITY CLERK'S OFFICE

The City Clerk's Office (aka City Hall) has a professional staff that provides a vital service for the community and the City organization.

The City Clerk maintains the permanent records of the City, which include contracts, agreements, leases, and all agendas and minutes of the City Council.

Additionally, we prepare the City Council agendas and minutes.

The Clerk's Office is responsible for issuing City licenses, except those associated with the building and zoning, and administering all City elections.

The Clerk's Office also maintains all the utility billing and receipt of those bills.
